Can you see the Ferris wheel embedded into the County Fair quilt block? Phil Lewis Hall, located at the Lake County Fairgrounds, was named after the first manager of the fairgrounds. In 2014, more than 4,000 items made, grown, or raised by Lake County residents were entered into judged contests.
